IronForge is a sexual-wellness journal for adult men. During a solo session (masturbation) or time with a partner, log it with your Apple Watch or iPhone: count, duration, heart rate, and how long it has been since the last time. Most people have no idea what their real frequency and intervals look like. Seeing the pattern helps you understand your energy, adjust your routine, or plan ahead, for example when trying to conceive. IronForge only records and charts your own data.
