Focus & Improve is an offline-first day planner. Everything you add stays on your phone: there is no account to create, no cloud sync, and no tracking. Six tools, one place. ALARMS Single alarms or batches created in one pass. Recurrence, snooze, and ten bundled tones — or your own. A full-screen alarm over the lock screen, so you actually notice it. TOP 5 NOTES Up to five ranked priorities, sticky-note style. If everything is important, nothing is — so you get five. CHECKLIST Step-timed checklists with a countdown per step. Check or skip as you go, and see how the run actually went. CALENDAR Day events with Power Alarms: up to three advance alerts before something starts, so a meeting never arrives unannounced. TIMER A stopwatch and a countdown that rings on time and keeps counting into overtime. It stays visible and controllable as a Live Activity while it runs. DAILY STATS Per-day goals and recurring "Everyday" goals, with day-by-day summaries and progress rings. Your alarms, notes, checklists, calendar entries and stats are stored only on your device. They are never sent to us, and there is no server to send them to. No analytics. No advertising. No tracking. Your content leaves your phone only when you choose to share a backup file yourself. The one exception: optional purchases are processed by the App Store over its own connection, which sends us no personal information. OPTIONAL PURCHASES If the app earns a place in your day, there is a one-off Supporter badge — a cosmetic thank-you that unlocks nothing. The Shop also offers optional content packs, starting with Twilight: three evening colour schemes plus two ringtones. Every purchase is one-time. The nine themes and ten sounds the app comes with are free and always will be, and nothing you create is ever locked behind a purchase. REQUIREMENTS Runs on iOS 14.0 or later. Built and tested for iOS 17 and above; on older systems some features, such as the home-screen widget, are limited.
