RFChat is an offline group-chat client for amateur packet radio. Connect to a KISS-compatible TNC over TCP or Bluetooth LE and exchange short messages as standard AX.25 UI frames — no account, server, or internet connection required. FEATURES • Offline rooms and directed messages • KISS over TCP and Bluetooth LE • Local message history, members, channel monitor, and position reports • Explore Offline mode for trying the interface without radio hardware • English and Simplified Chinese • No ads, analytics, or tracking Radio transmissions are public by nature. Transmitting requires a valid amateur radio license and compatible equipment. RFChat is not for emergency communications, and delivery is not guaranteed.
