GameLease

When does your hunters' liability insurance expire - and where is last season's harvest report? If you had to stop and think about either, GameLease is for you. GameLease is a private record for landowners who lease their land to hunters. Keep every lease - lessee, parcel or area, term, rent recorded, and terms - in one roster, and log the payments you receive and the harvest reports your lessees turn in, season after season. Track each lease's insurance-certificate (COI) and renewal dates, get reminders before they lapse, and generate a lease-income summary for your accountant. All on your iPhone. WHAT GAMELEASE KEEPS - Every lease in one roster: lessee, parcel or area, term, recorded rent, terms, and gate code - Payments you received and harvest reports your lessees turned in, season over season - Insurance-certificate (COI) and renewal dates, with reminders before they lapse - A 50-state recreational-use liability statute reference, plus season and harvest-report deadlines - A per-lessee report card and a Schedule E lease-income summary PDF for your accountant WHY GAMELEASE You lease 200 acres to three hunting parties. Whose certificate expires first? Where is last season's harvest report? A liability incident or a tax question is the wrong moment to dig through paper. GameLease keeps it straight - pull up a lease, a certificate, or a season's income in seconds. FREE - 1 lease, with its full record: recorded payments, harvest reports, COI and renewal dates, gate code, and terms - A single reminder 30 days before that lease's COI expires, plus add-to-Calendar PRO - 34.99 USD, a one-time purchase (not a subscription) - Unlimited leases - each with its own season timeline of recorded payments, harvest reports, COI and renewal dates, and gate code. - Full reminder schedule - 90/60/30-day and day-of reminders for every COI expiration and lease renewal, on every lease. - Per-lessee report card and a lease-income summary PDF (Schedule E) for your accountant. - 50-state recreational-use liability statute reference (landowner liability) plus season and harvest-report deadlines - general reference, not legal advice. - Home Screen widgets for the next COI expiration or lease renewal countdown. Buy once and keep Pro for as long as you lease your land. No auto-renewal, nothing to cancel. WHAT GAMELEASE IS NOT - PLEASE READ - Not a marketplace. It does not list, find, or broker leases - it is for leases you already have. - Not a payment processor. The rent figures are your own records; GameLease never handles, holds, or moves money and has no escrow. - Not a background-check service. It does not screen, verify, or run a check on any hunter. - Not legal or tax advice. Recreational-use statutes are general reference - consult an attorney for liability questions and a CPA for taxes, including Schedule E. - No maps. A parcel is plain text you type; the app uses no location or mapping. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your records live on your iPhone. There is no account to create and nothing is uploaded to a server. Face ID lock is available in Settings. GameLease is designed exclusively for iPhone. PURCHASE GameLease Pro is a one-time purchase of 34.99 USD, charged once to your Apple ID. It is not a subscription - there is no auto-renewal and nothing to cancel. Restore it on a new device any time from the upgrade screen.
