BrewSlate is a private, offline homebrew batch ledger for iPhone and iPad. Preserve durable recipe and batch facts without an account, subscription, in-app purchase, advertising, analytics, AI, cloud sync, or required internet connection. • Save reusable recipes with ordered ingredients, equipment, target volume, style, tags, and notes • Start a batch from a saved recipe or blank snapshot; later recipe edits never change its frozen context • Append stage changes, measurements, additions, transfers, packaging, and tasting observations • Correct, void, or restore a fact through linked audit events while preserving every original record • Search by batch, recipe, stage, event, note, tag, or date and review neutral local facts • Export readable text or RFC 4180 CSV with original facts, audit records, and effective validity • Create checksum-verified JSON backups with validated preview, no-overwrite merge, safe replacement, rollback, and last-good recovery • Archive completed batches while keeping their entire history visible BrewSlate records only facts you enter. It does not calculate ABV or IBU, predict completion, judge safety, track consumption, or provide brewing or drinking guidance.
