RoastTrace is a mobile, end-to-end management system built for small and mid-sized coffee roasteries. It does more than log every roast. It connects green beans, roasting, cupping, blending, finished goods, orders, shipping, traceability and business reports in one system, so information that used to be scattered across Excel sheets, paper notes, chat threads and personal memory finally lives in one place. Whether you run an independent roasting brand, a small roastery, or a team growing production and wholesale, RoastTrace gives you a clearer view of stock, production schedules, shipping rhythm and business results. In the app you can: - Stock green beans in and out, run stock counts and manage batches - Plan roasts and save roast records - Manage roasted beans, blends and batch flow - Record QC cupping and review quality - Handle SKUs, orders, shipping and stock-outs - Trace finished goods back to their source batches - View sales, profit, output and stock turnover reports That means you no longer just "write down a roast". You can answer the questions that actually drive the business: - Do we have enough stock to take a new order? - Which roasted beans and which roast went into this finished batch? - Which products sell faster and earn more? - Which step is slowing down production and shipping? - How should we schedule production and adjust quality next time? RoastTrace helps roasteries turn experience into process, connect every step, and see the numbers clearly. From a single green bean to a single order, every step is clearer and more under control. Auto-Renewable Subscription Information - Subscription period: 1 month (auto-renewing monthly) or 12 months (auto-renewing annual). - Subscription prices and benefits are as shown on the in-app subscription page. - Payment will be charged to your iTunes account when you confirm your purchase. - Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. - Your Apple iTunes account will be charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the subscription will extend by one period once the charge succeeds. - You can manage or turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID account settings after purchase. - Unless otherwise stated, there is no free trial.
