RECORD AND REVISIT Start and stop with a tap, mark important moments, and sync Watch recordings to iPhone. Browse your recordings by day, with weekly duration bars and a monthly calendar. Replay a session or jump to a marked moment. Recording statistics reflect recordings stored on this device. CLOUD TRANSCRIPTION AND SUMMARIES After signing in, choose a recording and explicitly authorize cloud processing. Audio is sent to the app service and Alibaba Cloud in mainland China for transcription; transcript text is used to generate summaries. Follow processing progress, read speaker-separated transcripts, and review topics, key points, conclusions and suggested tasks. Tap source references to return to the original audio. Internet access is required. AI results may be inaccurate; always check important details against the recording. OPTIONAL VOICE MATCHING With separate consent, register your own voice with the voiceprint service to help label your speech in cloud results. Enrollment audio and voice features are sent to the service when you choose cloud registration. Voice matches are suggestions, not authentication or proof of identity. Speaker separation does not identify every speaker by name. See the privacy policy before enrolling. ONE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION SoundDay Monthly includes cloud transcription, speaker separation and summaries. Eligible new subscribers can start a 7-day free trial with 300 cloud minutes in total. After the trial, the subscription renews automatically at the displayed monthly price and provides 1,000 minutes per Apple billing period. Minutes do not roll over. Price, currency and trial eligibility are determined by your App Store account; check Apple's purchase confirmation for the final terms. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends, the subscription automatically renews. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting the app or your SoundDay account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Local recording, syncing, playback, exports and existing results remain available after expiry. Processing allowance is deducted when a task is accepted, based on the audio submitted for processing, including tasks that later fail. Retrying the same task does not deduct additional minutes; deleting a recording does not refund minutes. New tasks cannot exceed your remaining allowance. There are no automatic overage purchases. YOU CONTROL YOUR DATA Local recording and playback do not require an account. Signing in does not automatically upload audio. Export audio and text, manage cloud copies, and delete your account. Battery, storage and system interruptions can affect recording. Watch features require a paired iPhone.
