All sounds are built in and play offline—no sound packs needed. Create your own mix Mix up to 6 sounds at once, each with its own volume. Soften the rain, bring the campfire closer or add a cat’s purr. The app remembers your last volume settings, sound selections and mix. Bring your own sounds Import MP3 audio or extract sound from MP4 videos with audio tracks. Play, mix, rename or delete imports in the app. The limits are 250 MB per file and 1 GB total for custom sounds. Set a timer. Put down your phone. Stop playback automatically after 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes. Enable gentle fade-in to start sounds gradually. Optional breathing cues let you follow a calming animation to pace your breath. Keep listening with the screen locked Enjoy background playback, with play and pause controls on the Lock Screen, in Control Center and via headphones. The app follows system Dark Mode for nighttime use. Simple and private No account is required. There are no ads, in-app purchases or subscriptions. The app does not automatically collect or send personal data. It uses no ad, analytics or tracking services and requests no microphone, camera, location, contacts or photo permissions. Playback, mixing and audio processing happen on-device. Imported audio copies and their name index are not uploaded and are excluded from iCloud and Finder device backups. Keep any original files you need. Your system’s file provider may need to download cloud files before import. System backups of playback preferences depend on your device settings.
