MineLabify

MineLabify is a field tool for laboratory and mine inspectors. Work through a structured checklist on your phone, record what you find with photos, and finish with a summary you can export. BUILT FOR THE FIELD - Works offline. Audits are saved on your device as you type, so a lost connection never loses your work. - Sync when you choose. Nothing is uploaded until you tap Sync, and the app never overwrites changes you have not synced. - Pick the scope. Start from a preset (sample preparation, sample analysis, or both) or switch individual sections on and off. Sections you leave out disappear from the checklist and the summary. STRUCTURED INSPECTION - Yes / No / N/A, multiple-choice, value and free-text questions, with hints where the checklist provides them. - Follow-up questions appear only when they apply. - Add comments and observations to any question. - A traverse rail shows progress and findings along the section at a glance, and a completeness check lists what is still open. - The available sections depend on the question set published by your organisation (the current set covers sections A to F and H to K). PHOTO EVIDENCE - Take photos with the camera or attach photos from your library. - Photos are resized and stored with the audit on your device, and uploaded when you sync. SUMMARY AND EXPORT - A summary shows answers and findings by section. There is no overall score; you stay in control of the conclusion. - Export an audit as a PDF report, responses CSV, summary CSV or JSON, and share it with the apps you already use. - Import a JSON audit to continue work. TEAMS - Sign in with the account your administrator creates for you. Inspectors see their own audits. - Administrators can open inspectors' audits, correct findings, manage inspector accounts, and edit and publish the question set with version history. LIGHT AND DARK - Light and dark themes, large-text support and clear contrast for use in bright or dim labs. PRIVACY - No ads, no tracking and no analytics. Data goes only to your organisation's MineLabify account when you sync. MineLabify needs an account issued by your organisation's administrator. It does not provide accounts to the public.
