ServeZ

ServeZ is the mobile companion for waitstaff who need to stay on the floor — not at a fixed terminal. Whether you work in a restaurant, a hotel dining room, a bar, or a café, ServeZ connects to your venue’s Zeus Tech POS and gives you everything you need to keep service moving: live table status, order details, payments, and shift handover — all from your phone or tablet. On the floor • See table availability at a glance and open orders in seconds • Add items, apply discounts, mark complimentary dishes, and manage guests at the table • Transfer tables between colleagues when the shift gets busy Orders & payments • Follow open orders across the room • Complete payouts and payment flows without leaving the floor • Look up invoices and receipts, and reprint when needed Takeaway & close of shift • Handle takeaway orders where your venue supports them • Close your shift and pass on open tables before you clock out For your whole team • Permissions tailored to each POS department and role • Light, dark, and system themes • English and Greek interface [email protected] · https://www.zeushotels.gr Privacy: https://www.zeushotels.gr/privacy-policy/
