The faster your team replies, the more likely you are to win the booking. What you can do: - Take over a conversation from your assistant and reply yourself - Respond across SMS, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger and web chat - Send and receive photos, video and voice notes - Assign a conversation to the right guide or office staff - Filter by assignee, status and channel - Add internal comments only your team can see - Reuse saved snippets for the questions guests always ask - Choose which conversations send you a push notification A Yonder account is required to sign in.
