Dictation and recaps use on-device Apple models; speech-model downloads may require a connection to Apple. CareLog does not save your dictated audio. The free plan includes one care recipient, voice and quick entries, on-device recaps where supported, and the most recent 30 days of history. Older entries remain stored on your device.
