WorkBee Field

WorkBee Field is the field service app built for UK tradespeople - plumbers, electricians, window cleaners, gas engineers, and anyone who runs a mobile workforce. BUZZ AI RECEPTIONIST Never miss a job enquiry again. Buzz, your AI receptionist, answers every inbound call - even when you're on the tools. He greets callers by name, collects the job details, and logs the full conversation automatically in your dashboard. One tap to turn a call into a scheduled job. Available 24/7, at a fraction of the cost of a real receptionist. MANAGE JOBS ON THE GO View your schedule, start jobs, log notes, capture photos, and mark work complete - all from your phone. Voice notes are transcribed automatically so you can talk instead of type. Customer signatures captured on-screen. OFFLINE FIRST No signal on site? WorkBee queues everything locally and syncs the moment you're back online. Your day never stops. ROUNDS AND RECURRING WORK Run window cleaning rounds, gardening routes, or any recurring service. See your stops on a map, mark each one done, and collect payment via GoCardless direct debit. COMPLIANCE AND CERTIFICATES Generate Gas Safety (CP12), EICR, PAT test, and other certificates directly from the app. Send to customers instantly as a PDF. REAL-TIME TEAM DISPATCH Your office dispatches jobs, you get a push notification. Status updates flow back in real time so everyone knows where every job stands. FOR THE WHOLE TEAM WorkBee Field pairs with the WorkBee dashboard at app.getworkbee.com - used by admins, dispatchers, and managers to schedule, invoice, and report. One platform, every role. Free to try. Starter from 25 GBP/mo.
