Toggle: Block Reels

Toggle is an iPhone app that opens Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, Threads, Reddit, LinkedIn, Facebook and Snapchat inside one app without Reels, Shorts, For You feeds, Explore, suggested posts or like counts. Messages, posting, profiles, search and notifications keep working. It can block the real apps with Screen Time, so the calm version is the one you open. Toggle is free to download. Using it needs a paid auto-renewing subscription bought in the app (Toggle Weekly or Toggle Yearly, each with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers); without one the app cannot be used after the trial. A blocked app shows a shield with "Open in Toggle". Unblock for five minutes whenever you want; turning blocking off asks first. NOTIFICATIONS, YOUR WAY Per app: all notifications, messages only (direct messages, replies, comments, mentions), or off. They arrive through each site's own push, relayed to Apple still encrypted. If a real app is installed and not blocked, Toggle holds back its notifications so you never get two. SET A GOAL Pick how much time you want back each day and see how many years that adds up to.
