Willdo Services

WillDo Services is the workforce app for tradespeople and labourers working with WillDo Services in Sydney. See where you're working, get directions to site, sign your timesheet when the job's done, and pick up more shifts when you want them — without paperwork, group chats, or chasing anyone for hours. YOUR DAY, ON ONE SCREEN Open the app and see the jobs waiting on a timesheet and what's on tomorrow. Every job shows the site address, start and finish times, what tickets you need on you, and who your supervisor is — with directions one tap away. SIGN YOUR TIMESHEET ON SITE Sign off your hours the moment the shift ends, while the job's still fresh. No paper, no photos of a docket, no waiting until Monday. FIND MORE WORK Browse open shifts on a map of what's available near you, check the requirements, and apply straight from your phone. KEEP YOUR OWN RECORD Your full job history stays with you — every shift, every site, every set of hours you've submitted. Your invoices live alongside it, so you can see what's been billed and what's outstanding. BUILT FOR SITE CONDITIONS Big touch targets that work with dusty hands and gloves. Clear type you can read in daylight. Light and dark themes. No clutter, no feeds — just the job in front of you. WHO IT'S FOR This app is for workers engaged through WillDo Services. You'll need an account to sign in. If you're working with us and don't have one yet, speak to your coordinator. Sign in with your email and password, or with your Google or Microsoft account.
