Every group trip starts with great ideas. Limbo helps the crew turn them into decisions. Limbo is the ballot box for group trips: propose a plan, let the crew vote, and reveal sealed ballots at the deadline. All available Limbo features are free, with no paywall, upgrade requirement or display ads. PROPOSE, VOTE, REVEAL • Turn a restaurant, date, hotel, flight or activity into a proposal • Keep choices sealed until the deadline while seeing who has voted • Find open ballots across your trips in the Decisions inbox • Let friends vote from a shared web link without installing the app PLAN THE WHOLE TRIP TOGETHER • Create trips, invite your crew and control who can edit or vote • Keep flights, stays, restaurants, activities and notes on a shared timeline and map • Chat, manage Preflight and Checklist tasks, track expenses and settle balances • Forward booking confirmations or connect Gmail, then review the extracted plans • Save tickets and documents, improve a day's route and open plans in Maps • Follow live flight updates where available • Connect compatible AI assistants to work with your trips, subject to your provider's plan and permissions START WITH YOUR TRIP IDEA Describe your destination, dates, crew, interests and optional budget. Limbo asks for missing details, lets you choose your pace and shows a map before you create the trip. Prefer a form? Choose Create manually. Discover places matched to your crew and swipe to skip or propose them for a sealed vote. Each trip gets five place suggestions per trip day, with a minimum of 25, arriving in batches of up to 15. WORKS WHEN THE SIGNAL DOES NOT Open cached trips, create and edit plans, vote and complete tasks offline. Download encrypted travel packs and attachments while connected before you travel. Saved changes wait on your device and sync when you reconnect, with controls to review or retry problems. Offline access has no subscription expiry or 72-hour verification deadline. Google map tiles, chat and services that contact providers still need a connection. FREE FEATURES, SHARED PERMISSIONS All accounts get the same available features. Crew roles, shared usage limits, device permissions and provider availability still apply. Existing subscriptions are not automatically cancelled; manage or cancel them through the store where you purchased them. Cancelling does not remove feature access. Optional booking links are labelled Partner. Before opening one, Limbo shows what destination, dates or public place information will be shared.
