Scripture Study

Make scripture study a daily habit. Scripture Study brings the complete standard works — the King James Bible, the Book of Mormon, the Doctrine and Covenants, and the Pearl of Great Price — together with focused reading modes, a step-by-step memorization coach, and home screen widgets that keep the word in front of you all day. READ YOUR WAY Pick the mode that fits the moment: • Standard — the full chapter, cleanly typeset with verse numbers and chapter headings. Swipe to move between chapters, straight through from book to book. • Speed Reading — words flash in the center of the screen at your pace. Choose 1, 3, 5, or 7 words at a time and 100–700 words per minute. • Verse by Verse — one verse at a time, big and readable, with an adjustable text size. Swipe or tap through the chapter. Finishing a chapter marks it complete automatically, and your reading position always picks up where you left off. MEMORIZE VERSES THAT MATTER A three-stage practice flow helps verses stick: 1. Read — take in the full verse. 2. First Letters — "N__ t____ t______…" with a slider that reveals as many letters per word as you need. 3. Recall — type the verse from memory and get an instant word-match score with your misses highlighted. Keep a list of verses you're working on and see your current one right on your home screen. WIDGETS • Verse o'Clock — a scripture whose chapter and verse match the clock: John 1:5 at 1:05, refreshing every minute through the day. • Memorizing — the verse you're currently working on. • Favorites — rotates through your favorite verses each hour. BUILD THE HABIT • A daily reading reminder that names your next chapter and opens it with a tap. • Optional two-way sync with the Apple Reminders app — finish a chapter and tomorrow's reminder rolls forward automatically; check it off in Reminders and the app marks the chapter done. • A weekly scripture to focus on, with its own weekly notification. • Long-press any verse to favorite it, memorize it, or make it your verse of the week. WORKS COMPLETELY OFFLINE The King James Old and New Testaments, Book of Mormon, Doctrine and Covenants, and Pearl of Great Price are all included on device — no connection needed.
