OPS25 Driver is the app for drivers at waste and equipment hire businesses that run on OPS25: skip bins, portable toilets, temporary fencing and similar hire with servicing. Your organisation plans the day in the OPS25 office app. You see your run on your device and record each job as you go. YOUR RUN • Today's jobs in order, with a map of your stops • Look back at earlier days or ahead to tomorrow • Go on and off duty with one switch EACH JOB • Site address, time windows and customer contact • What to deliver, collect, swap or service • Office notes and custom fields your organisation uses PROOF OF WORK • Photos of placements, collections and site conditions • Customer signatures with the signer's name • Fill level, contamination and damage on collections • Service reports for cleaning and restocking • Failed attempts with a reason and notes STAY UP TO DATE • Notifications when your route changes • Work for more than one organisation from the same device GETTING STARTED OPS25 Driver needs a 12-digit activation key from your organisation's admin. There's no sign-up in the app: your employer adds you as a driver in OPS25 and gives you a key. Location is used while you're on shift to share where you are with dispatch and to record where each job was completed. The camera is used for proof-of-work photos.
