Never lose your train ticket again. TicketRescue keeps a secure copy of your rail eTicket and lets you recover it from any phone, even if your phone is lost, stolen or out of battery. No app install needed on the phone you borrow. HOW IT WORKS 1. Save your ticket - upload the PDF or screenshot of your static barcode eTicket. 2. Carry your rescue QR - save or print your permanent recovery card. 3. Recover it anywhere - scan the QR on any phone, enter your 6-digit Rescue PIN, and your ticket appears. BUILT TO BE TRUSTED - Your original file is stored unchanged - no barcode regeneration. - Every upload is checked on-device for a readable barcode, so you know your ticket is recoverable before you need it. - Clear status for every ticket: Ready for recovery, No barcode found, or Needs attention - with what to do next. - Optional Face ID / device passcode lock for the app. - Borrowed-phone sessions expire after 10 minutes and save nothing on the borrowed phone. - Revoke and regenerate your QR at any time; old copies stop working immediately. PRIVACY - Your tickets are stored on your phone and, if you link it, in your own private encrypted server backup. - Your Rescue PIN is stored only as a salted cryptographic hash - never in readable form. - Your QR holds only an opaque identifier - no name, email or journey data. - Export your data or delete your account and server backup at any time. IMPORTANT - TicketRescue stores and displays a copy of an eligible ticket you supply. It does not issue tickets. - It supports static barcode eTickets (PDF, PNG, JPEG). In-app mTickets and digital Railcards are not supported. - It does not confirm that a ticket remains valid, replace required identification or Railcards, or guarantee acceptance by a train company. Always carry your original ticket and required ID.
