Hooked Orders

Hooked Orders is the dedicated ordering app for restaurant clients of Aquarius, a UK fish distributor. Replace the daily back-and-forth of phone calls, WhatsApps, and spreadsheet PDFs with one simple workflow: open the app, see today's live stock, build your order, send it. Live catalog Browse Aquarius's stock in real time, with categories, search, and product detail. Out-of-stock and discontinued items are marked clearly so you never order what isn't available. One-tap reorder The cart pre-loads from your last ten orders so the "usual" is always one tap away. Adjust quantities, swap items, and send — most orders take under a minute. AI ordering assistant Don't want to tap through screens? Open the Chat tab and tell the AI agent what you need — "add five kilos of salmon and two of prawns to my order, deliver Wednesday." It builds the cart for you, confirms the lines, and writes the order back to Aquarius. Works by text or by voice. Order history at a glance Every order you've placed, with date, delivery date, status, and line-by-line detail. Tap any order to drill in. Designed for the kitchen and the office Phones, tablets, and the web — all the same app, all signed into the same account. Place a quick order on your phone in the kitchen, then check tomorrow's delivery on a tablet at the pass. Built for Aquarius restaurant clients Accounts are provisioned by Aquarius. If you're a restaurant supplied by Aquarius and want to use Hooked Orders, contact your account manager or email [email protected] to be set up.
