Install the free Nature Work agent on your Mac and its tmux sessions appear in HQ. Open a session to read its live output and type into it, with Esc, Ctrl C, Tab and the arrow keys close to hand. Start new sessions from templates for tools such as Claude Code, Codex and Gemini CLI, or open a blank terminal. Turn on alerts and HQ tells you when a terminal is ready or a task has a result to review. Tapping the alert opens that session. Alerts on your lock screen never include terminal text. Sort sessions by what needs you, pin the ones you're watching and see each machine's health at a glance. On an iPad or an unfolded phone, HQ shows the full workspace with sessions side by side or in a grid. Zoom out to fit more on screen, or zoom in to read more easily. HQ remembers the zoom you choose on each device. Your agents keep running on your machines when the app is closed or your phone loses signal.
