Description

Foldly brings Markdown writing and document comparison together on Mac and iPad. Write in a spacious single column, then compare drafts side by side with corresponding passages kept vertically aligned. - Edit formatted Markdown with headings, emphasis, links, and inline images. - Switch between formatted writing and Markdown source. - Compare drafts with paragraph matching, inline change highlights, and synchronized scrolling. - Keep images and the text that follows them aligned across columns. - Start with one draft: an empty comparison stays free of difference markers. - Choose any column as the reference without rearranging your workspace. - Open text and Markdown files, or extract text from PDF and Word documents for comparison. - Save your writing as text or Markdown. For notes, articles, reports, and revisions: a comfortable place to write and a clear way to see what changed.
