Sapaa

Sapaa is an internal case and advocate management application built exclusively for Sengu and Paapu Associates. It has two types of users — Admins and Employees. Admins can create and assign tasks, approve or reject work submitted by employees, create and update employee records, and create and update client records (including company and tax details like GST and PAN). Admins can also view case updates and reports submitted by employees. Employees don't sign up on their own — an Admin creates their account for them. Once logged in, employees can view their assigned tasks, submit reports, and update the status of their work. Cases can have documents attached at the time of creation. Each case automatically gets its own chat group so the relevant people are included from the start, and Admins can also create additional groups and add members manually. The app includes a chat section where Admins and Employees can message each other and share files or documents directly within any chat or case group. Sapaa is built solely for internal use at Sengu and Paapu Associates and is not intended for use by any other organization.
