You don't have to believe it yet. You only have to read it. See an affirmation without opening the app • You choose how many reminders arrive each day, the hours and the weekdays. • Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets show your Affirmation of the Day. • A Live Activity keeps your Affirmation of the Day on the Lock Screen. • Siri and Shortcuts give you a random affirmation, or one from a topic you name. • The Apple Watch app works on its own, without your iPhone nearby. • Messages carries affirmation cards you can send to friends. Find the words you need • Pick from 77 topics, including Anxiety, Confidence, Self-Love, Gratitude, Fall Asleep, Relationships, Career and Parenting. • Filter affirmations by your mood. • Hear any affirmation read aloud in your device's voice. • Get more of the topics you save and return to. Make it yours • Save the lines that reach you and gather them into your own collections. • Write your own affirmations, such as a friend's words or the sentence you most need to hear. • Turn any affirmation into an image, sized for a Feed post or a Story. Slow down • Follow a short breathing session on iPhone or Apple Watch. • Count your days with a streak and milestones, if streaks help you. • Listen to a guided visualization of the life you want, written by AI and read aloud, with rain, fireplace, ocean, forest or soft pad sound behind it. • Set a sleep timer for a visualization. • Talk with Mai by voice in the "About you" chat. AI in Mai • AI writes your visualizations, affirmations and backgrounds. You describe what you need, and Mai creates them. • "About you" is a short chat where you tell Mai about your life, so visualizations and affirmations fit you. You can edit or delete it any time. • Your requests are sent to our third-party AI provider, and Mai asks for your consent first. • Your saved "About you" profile is sent only if you allow it. • You can turn AI generation off in Settings, and nothing is sent while it is off. • AI-generated affirmations, visualizations and backgrounds are marked as AI in the app. • Visualization narration uses a cloud voice and falls back to your device's voice. Works offline • Affirmations, reminders and widgets work without a connection. • A visualization you have played once plays again offline. • AI features need an internet connection. Privacy • You need no account and no sign-up. • You can erase what Mai keeps on your phone with "Delete my data" in Settings. • You can switch usage analytics off in Settings. Languages • Mai's text is available in 24 languages. What Mai is not Mai is not therapy, and it won't fix anything on its own. Nothing about you is broken.
