Description
The app's name is WellCrew. WellCrew is an idea conceived and implemented by Akshaj Jindal, 17 years old teenager and a young mental wellness advocate. WellCrew is a companion for people who struggle to discuss their mental health with family and friends. On the other hand, family doesn't understand what it means to have mood swings and to decide when the right time is to take any action. This app facilitates people with mental health issues (named Hero because it is not easy to seek help and share their mental state) to log their mood with a single tap. They can also log any reasoning behind the mood. Based on the pattern, the app uses AI (without passing any data) to derive insights into the person's mood and recommend actions. These actions and mood insights will be shared with the hero's supporting team whom s/he has approved to view the data. We call the supporting team the Crew because they truly make a person a Hero.
