MyShiftProof

MyShiftProof gives staffing and healthcare agencies tamper-proof proof of attendance - from clock-in to payroll-ready timesheet, verified every time. HOW IT WORKS 1. Register your agency and start a free 14-day trial - no credit card required. 2. Add your work sites, create shifts, and set up your team. 3. Invite your staff by link. Staff can't self-register - every account is agency-invited, so your roster stays exactly who you added. 4. Staff clock in from their first shift, GPS-verified from day one. BUILT FOR AGENCIES THAT NEED TO PROVE IT - GPS Clock-In - staff can only clock in when physically on-site. Verified, timestamped, and tamper-proof, every single time. - Agency Dashboard - a live view of every worker: who's clocked in, who's late, who's done. - Shift Timer - real-time elapsed tracking from the moment staff clock in. - Shift Notes - timestamped notes saved automatically throughout every shift. - Audit Trail - an immutable GPS and device log on every clock event. - Timesheets - generated automatically from verified clock-in and clock-out data, cutting manual admin and payroll disputes. PRICING Plans start at £49.99/month for up to 20 staff, scaling to Enterprise for 100+. Every plan includes a 14-day free trial. Whether you run a care agency, a security firm, or any team that staffs shifts across multiple sites, MyShiftProof replaces paper timesheets and unverifiable clock-ins with a single source of truth your agency can stand behind.
