Smart EduSphere brings your entire school into one calm, secure mobile app. Admins, teachers, students, parents and accountants each sign in to a dashboard built for what they actually do — no clutter, no guesswork. Sign in with your school-issued account using a password or an email magic link. BUILT FOR EVERY ROLE - Admins: oversee branches, enrollment, staff and school-wide analytics from one place, with white-label branding applied at runtime. - Teachers: mark attendance, enter grades, build report cards, write lesson notes and run CBT exams with a timer and flag-for-review. - Students: view your timetable, sit computer-based exams, check results and read report cards. - Parents: follow your child's attendance, results, report cards and fee balances through a dedicated parent portal. - Accountants: manage invoices, record payments, send bulk invoices and payment links, and review finance reports. KEY FEATURES - Attendance: mark daily attendance and review attendance analytics over time. - Grades & report cards: record results and generate report cards with teacher and administrator signatures. - CBT / computer-based exams: timed exams with flag-for-review, plus exam management and a reusable question bank. - Fees & finance: invoices, fee balances, payment records, bulk invoicing, settlement accounts, payment links and finance reports. - Parent portal: a clear overview of each child's progress and balances. - AI assistant: draft lesson plans, generate exam questions, write report-card narratives and surface students who may need support. TRUST, SECURITY & PRIVACY Smart EduSphere is white-label and multi-tenant: each school is the data controller, and Vicomeg acts as the data processor on the school's instructions, with strict per-tenant isolation. Connections are encrypted in transit, sessions use secure cookies with CSRF protection, and access follows the principle of least privilege. Card payments are handled by Paystack or Stripe — the app does not collect or store card numbers. You stay in control of your data: export your information (access and portability), correct it, or request account erasure, all from within the app. Camera and photo-library access is only used when you choose to add a passport or profile photo. Push notifications are optional. CHILDREN Smart EduSphere processes students' data on behalf of schools. Your school is the data controller and obtains the consents required by law; Vicomeg processes that data only on the school's instructions.
