Knowing what's on your plate is the first step to eating well. CleanCal AI makes it easy to log your meals, track calories and macros, and stay on top of your goals, without the hassle. WHAT YOU GET • Fast food logging: search a large food database, scan a barcode, snap a photo or just say what you ate with Voice Log. • Calories and macros at a glance: see your daily calories and your protein, carbs and fat with clear progress rings. • Meals your way: log Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Snacks, and re-add recent or saved foods in one tap. • Water tracking: log your glasses and keep your daily intake on target. • Progress you can see: follow your weight, calorie trends and BMI over a week, a month or a year. • Food breakdown: find out which foods give you most of your carbs, fat and protein. • Streaks and badges: log every day to keep your streak alive and earn badges along the way. • Reminders: gentle nudges for each meal, so logging becomes a habit. • Metric or imperial units. HOW IT WORKS Set your goal, log what you eat and let CleanCal AI show you the full picture: your calories, macros and weight progress, day by day. Clean Cal AI uses HealthKit in order to record nutrition and body measurement data to the Health application. The app requests write access to the following data types: Dietary Energy, Protein, Carbohydrates, Fat, Water, Weight and Height. When you log a food or a drink in the app — it automatically sends to the Health app the following nutritional information of that entry: calories, protein, carbs and fat content for food, and water content for drinks. When you record a weight, or set your height in your profile, those values are sent to the Health app as well. Deleting an entry in the app also removes the corresponding samples from the Health app. Clean Cal AI only writes to Apple Health and never reads any data from it. The synchronization with Apple Health can be switched off in the application Settings. CleanCal AI is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Nutrition values are estimates. HOW TO USE THE APP & SUBSCRIPTIONS As a Clean Cal AI app user, you can choose the subscription plan that best suits your needs, considering how long you want to use the app and the costs. Our Premium 1-week, 1-month, and 1-year subscription plans offer unlimited access to all Premium features of the app. For your convenience, subscriptions are set to automatically renew within the 24-hour period prior to the subscription end date. You can cancel your subscription at any moment in your iTunes account settings but refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the terms. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
