Paradox Notes

Paradox Notes is an ink notebook for iPad that works entirely offline. No account, no cloud, no ads and no tracking. Write with Apple Pencil, and everything you make stays on your iPad. WRITE AND DRAW Pick pens, highlighters and erasers from a radial tool wheel and a colour hotbar, without reaching for a toolbar. Write on ruled, grid, dotted or plain paper in white, black or any colour, on pages that scroll a very long way in every direction. Your finger pans and zooms, or turn on finger drawing in Settings if you prefer. SHAPES THAT SNAP Draw a shape roughly and hold. It snaps clean, from any pen. Or choose the shape tool and place exact shapes. HANDWRITING, YOUR WAY Search your handwriting from the library, so an old note is a few letters away. Fix Handwriting restyles your writing into neat handwriting fonts as you go, and it stays real ink. Everything is recognised on your iPad. MATHS AND GRAPHS Circle handwritten maths and Paradox Notes reads it and sets it as typeset maths. Plot 2D graphs and 3D surfaces from equations, then write around them like any other object on the page. BRING THINGS IN, TAKE THEM OUT Import photos, PDFs and text and write on top of them. Select, move, rotate, group and arrange objects on the page. Export a page or a whole notebook as PDF, or a page as PNG or SVG, through the standard share sheet. ORGANISE Notebooks, folders, recents, covers of your own, and Recently Deleted so a slip is recoverable. Open up to three notebooks side by side in split view. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Paradox Notes never connects to the internet and collects nothing. Handwriting and maths recognition run on your iPad. Crash reports stay on your iPad unless you choose to share one yourself. Requires iPadOS 17 or later. iPad only.
