Description

One app for the car in the driveway and the house around it. Most maintenance apps handle a car or a home. Asguard handles both, with the same reminders and the same history, so everything you look after lives in one place. IT KNOWS YOUR CAR, NOT JUST CARS IN GENERAL Tell Asguard the make, model and year, and it builds the schedule from the manufacturer's own service intervals. It covers 94 popular models from 17 makes, model years 2005 to 2027, gas, hybrid and electric. If yours is not one of them, you get a solid general schedule instead, and the app tells you which one you are getting. REMINDERS THAT FOLLOW HOW YOU DRIVE Oil changes come due on time or on mileage, whichever comes first. Asguard learns roughly how much you drive and predicts when you will reach the next service, so the reminder arrives when it should. Tap any job to see where its interval came from. YOUR HOME TOO Furnace and air conditioning tune-ups, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, HVAC filters, gutters, the water heater, the dryer vent. Seasonal jobs land in the right season, wherever you live. A PHOTO OF EACH CAR AND HOME Add a photo while you set up a car or home, or any time later. It sits at the top of its page and on its row in your list, so you can tell them apart at a glance. TRACK WHAT IT COSTS Log each service with its price, mileage and notes, and keep every receipt with it, as photos or PDFs. Record one-off costs too, like a tow, a new battery or an insurance premium, and choose whether each one counts as upkeep. Charts show where the money goes: each month by kind of cost, each car or home's share, and a bar for every month. Look at one car or home, a few, or all of them. Open any chart full screen and save it as a picture. FUEL AND ECONOMY Log your fill-ups and Asguard works out your real fuel economy, drawn as a trend line that turns green when it improves and red when it slips. Liters or gallons, US or imperial, miles or kilometers. Pick the mix that matches where you live. PAPERWORK THAT STAYS WITH THE CAR Keep a photo or PDF of your license, insurance card, registration or title with the car, and the deed or a warranty with the home, not in a drawer. Crop a photo down to the card. When the new insurance card arrives, replace the file and keep its name and notes. NEVER MISS A RENEWAL Registration, insurance, inspections and warranties all run out on a date. Add them once and get a reminder before they do. Warranties can also run out on mileage, and you hear about whichever comes first. SELLING THE CAR? HAND OVER THE HISTORY Everything Asguard knows about one car or home goes into a single file for the new owner. They install Asguard, choose Receive, pick the file, and every service, fill-up and receipt is theirs. You choose what stays behind. What you paid, your registration, your tax and your insurance are held back unless you tick them. Documents only go if you pick them one by one, so your license stays yours. YOUR DATA IS YOURS No account. No sign-up. No servers. Asguard sends nothing anywhere. Your records live on your iPhone, and if you use iCloud Backup, your iPhone includes them in it like any other app. Export a full backup or a spreadsheet whenever you like and save it to Files. Moving from another car app? Asguard can import the CSV exports of several popular fuel and maintenance apps. FREE, ALL OF IT Every feature, no ads, no subscription, nothing held back. Good to know: there is no sync between devices yet, and the app is in English only for now. Dates, numbers and currency follow your iPhone's settings. Your owner's manual is always the final word on your car, and Asguard helps you keep up with it.

The four main tabs stay at the bottom wherever you go, so Due is always one tap away. Your car or home can have its own photo. Add one while you set it up, or later from the pencil at the top of its page. Take a photo or choose one from your library. It runs across the top of the page, with a car's year, make and model on a dark strip so they stay readable, and it takes the place of the plain icon on its row in Assets. Its Edit screen has Change photo, Crop and Remove. Tap the photo at the top of the page to open it full screen. Expenses has three charts on tabs you can swipe between. Overview stacks each month's spending by kind: purchase price, fuel, service and everything else. By asset shows how much went on each car or home, and By month has a bar for every month. Tap a name under the Overview to hide it, so one big purchase does not flatten the other months. With more than one car or home, Expenses and Due can show just one, a few, or all of them. Tap the filter button at the top and tick the ones you want. On Expenses the chip on the chart card does the same, and the list, the total and the charts all follow your choice. Tap any chart to open it full screen over its whole history. Pinch to zoom, slide along with a finger, and save it as a picture. Receipts, documents and the photo of a car or home open the same way, with one Save or share button. A PDF now opens in Asguard first, and Open brings up the share sheet so you can read it in Books or another app. Every expense has an "Add expense to SERVICE?" switch when you edit it, and a one-off cost has it when you add it too. A new insurance, tax, registration or purchase price entry starts with it off, so it stays in your lists without changing what your car costs to keep running. Everything you logged before keeps counting. Fuel economy is now a trend line, one point per tank. It turns green when economy improves, red when it slips and gray when it holds steady, and it starts fresh after an economy reset. You can crop photos now, new ones and ones you saved before. Tap a receipt on the entry you are adding or editing, or a photo in the Documents tab, choose Crop and pull the corners in, so a receipt is the receipt and not half the table. A filed document now has Edit and Delete right in the viewer. Edit can replace its photo or PDF, so the new insurance card takes the old one's place and keeps its name and notes. Picking receipts and documents takes a whole selection at once, and a job on the Due screen accepts a PDF, so a garage invoice that arrives by email has somewhere to go. Receipts now show under each entry on Expenses as well. Past entries can be renamed, and the reminder keeps its own name. On most iPhones, turning the phone on its side moves the main tabs to a rail down the left. Setup asks for your units and currency on the first screen, guessed from your iPhone to start with. And factory maintenance schedules for 30 more cars, every interval checked against the maker's own documents. A few schedules already in the app were corrected too. A car you added before keeps the schedule it was given.
