Every lane in the lot wants one colour. Tap a lane and the next car on the road drives in from the bottom. Whatever overflows out the top takes the ring road back round to the end of the queue. So every move does two jobs: it sorts a lane, and it decides which cars you will be dealt a few moves later. Plan ahead, set up a chain of lanes that finish together, and park the lot before the move counter runs out.
