LOOP: Paper Math Practice

LOOP is the phone companion for families who already use LOOP on the website. Your children practise arithmetic on paper. You print each child's practice sheet, they work it with a pencil, and LOOP reads the finished pages back and keeps track of what each child can do and where they are stuck. Children never use a screen for LOOP. With the app you can: - Sign in with your email address. LOOP emails you a 6-digit code; there is no password. - See your family's home page, with each of your children, showing the same facts as the LOOP website. - Open one child's progress, laid out for a phone. - Photograph finished pages with the camera, or pick them from your photo library, and send several pages in one upload. - Watch each upload's status until LOOP has read it. - Sign out, which removes the sign-in from your phone. What happens to the pictures: to read a handwritten number, LOOP sends a picture of that single answer box, with no name and no other detail, to Anthropic, the company that makes the AI. Whether an answer is right comes from the answer key, not the AI. Scanned pages are usually deleted 3 days after scoring and never kept longer than 7 days.
