When it works, this service is truly exceptional. Unfortunately, I run into issues about 7 out of 10 times. The main problem is with purchasing or renting—sometimes it goes through without any trouble, but other times the process just stalls endlessly. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, which occasionally helps, but it’s not a consistent solution. Right now, I’ve paid to rent a movie, but it won’t play. To make matters worse, after 48 hours, I’ll lose access and my money. Another frustrating issue is that when the movie won’t play, the app’s screen just goes blank, and I have to uninstall and reinstall the app just to get back to the home page. That said, on the rare occasions when everything works as it should, the experience is wonderful. I just wish it was more reliable.

Their customer service is very nice and respectful and fast. They have plenty options and I watched free movies in free flex. I only signed up for free.
