Description

TrackerWave Service is the field operations app for hospitals and healthcare facilities running TrackerWave's real-time asset tracking infrastructure. Once connected to your facility, field technicians and facility staff can: • Scan or upload a facility setup QR to connect the app to the right hospital/site • Manage PoE Injector installations — scan, install, and audit each unit with photo capture • Manage RFID Reader installations — scan, install, and audit each unit with photo capture • Track and collect device stock via QR/barcode scanning • View a live facility dashboard: KPIs, recent device events, and floor maps showing reader placement • Review a full activity feed of installation and audit events per facility Built for multi-facility deployments — switch connected facilities at any time from the login screen.
