Torq Hospital helps perioperative teams coordinate medical device reps and trays. See your surgical schedule, know which reps have accepted each case and which trays are coming, and reach the right reps in a few taps. CASE SCHEDULE • Your OR schedule grouped by day, with the surgeon, room, procedure and patient initials on every case. • Rep teams appear on each case, colored by whether they've accepted, are still pending or have rejected. • Search any case detail, and step through the schedule a day at a time. • Filter by doctor and operating room, sort by room, time or doctor, or start from filters preset for your hospital. • Show only flagged cases, cases with trays, or cases likely to need trays, and hide canceled cases. REP COVERAGE • See every rep on a case, grouped by team, with each rep's status. • Add or remove rep teams on a case. • Torq flags cases that may need reps added, and you can confirm when none are needed. • Call, text or email a rep, or text or email a whole team. • Select several cases to contact all of their reps at once, plus other reps on the same teams, with the case details already written into the message. TRAYS • See each team's house and loaner tray counts and when loaners will arrive. • At supported hospitals, follow each named tray from expected to confirmed, delivered and picked up, with holds marked. • View delivery and pickup photos of trays. • Tray predictions show how likely each team is to need trays for a case. • Ask reps for their tray response with a ready-made email. NOTES • Add internal notes to a case. Only your hospital sees them, not reps. • Read the notes rep teams leave on a case. BUILT FOR HOSPITALS • Sign in with your organization's single sign-on or with two-factor authentication, and log out automatically after inactivity if your hospital requires it. • Switch between hospitals if you work at more than one. • Show times in the hospital's time zone or your own. • Choose a light, dark or system theme, and adjust the text size. Torq Hospital works with Torq Vendor, the app device reps use to respond to cases and report their trays.
