Torq Driver

Torq Driver is the app for Torq Transport drivers who deliver and pick up surgical trays and medical devices. It takes you through each tour stop by stop, confirms every package with a scan and records photo proof at every stop, even when you lose signal. YOUR TOUR • See today's and tomorrow's tours, with every stop in order and the trays and tubs to drop off or pick up at each. • Start your tour to open its stops. Completed and canceled stops are marked as you go. • Open the next stop in Apple Maps, Google Maps or Waze. • Read the facility's instructions before you arrive, and tap "On the way" to let the device company know you're coming. EVERY TRAY ACCOUNTED FOR • Scan package and tray labels to confirm each drop-off and pickup, or check items off by hand. • Packages are grouped by case, with the surgeon, scheduled time and a running count for each. • Mark each pickup as all present or missing items. • At the warehouse, pickups are grouped by destination so you can load quickly. STOP ACTIONS • Complete the restocks, consignments, loose items and instrument and implant pickups dispatch assigns to a stop. • Critical and priority actions stand out, and the app reminds you if you try to leave a stop with required work undone. PHOTO PROOF • Take drop-off and pickup photos at each stop, plus a photo inside each tray at hospitals that ask for one. • Add a note to the stop. Your photos and note go out automatically with the delivery and pickup confirmation emails. WORKS WITHOUT SIGNAL • Scans, photos and completed stops are saved on your phone and sync automatically once you're back online. • The Pending actions screen shows anything still waiting to sync. CONNECTED TO DISPATCH • Get notified when tours are added, changed or removed. • While a tour is active, dispatch can see your location. Sharing stops when you stop the tour, and turns off on its own if the app is left in the background for too long. • Each completed stop updates Torq for the hospital, and confirmation emails let the device company know its trays have arrived. Choose a light, dark or system theme and adjust the text size for a full shift. A Torq Transport driver account is required.
