As far as I can tell there's no way to load images to continue work on (I'm aware of pixellating images; I'm referring to saving and loading works in progress). Also, there really needs to be a way to zoom in. An offset cursor would be a very welcome option. A toggled grid would be very helpful as well. Undo would be nice. User-definable colors would rock. Differently shaped pixels (circles, hexagons, triangles) would be cool too but not as necessary.

And I would love to see it used in a edit mode. One where you can turn on a grid and zoom in and fill in each block in the grid. It would give precision. And the other thing I would like to see the option to add a black border to the individual pixels. This way we could create pixels like the load screen that says pixel. Also it would be cool if we could import pics from the library and not just the camera. Thanks for the great update.

If there is one thing the iPhone needs, it's a basic paint app that supports editing at the pixel level. Preferably 16 to 256 colors with the ability to zoom in...If there is one thing the iPhone needs, it's a basic paint app that supports editing at the pixel level. Preferably 16 to 256 colors with the ability to zoom in to around 800% with a clearly defined grid to work within. (This is a step in the right direction though.) Also, the ability to store creations as icon sized stamps would be useful.

It's only missing a few features, such as zoom and undo. I would like to see an eraser too, and a way to change the brush size and paint flow, but that might be too much. A resolution slider would be interesting too, letting you make the pixels bigger.
