Each stop has its own receiver and package details, with a per-stop fee set by delivery mode. - Fare breakdown: the full fare (base, distance and extra stops) is shown before you confirm. - Live tracking, stop by stop: follow your order through every step, for each drop-off. - Nearby riders: see available riders around your pickup point on the map, refreshed every 15 seconds. - Card payments: pay securely with Paystack, or choose cash on delivery. - In-app support: open a support ticket, follow its progress, and request a refund for a booking. - Ratings: rate your rider after each delivery. - Account deletion: delete your account directly from the app. - Service notices: the app can show maintenance messages, prompts to update, and announcements. Improved - Address search: faster results that start after 3 letters, with fewer wasted lookups. - Service-area checks: you're told up front if a pickup or drop-off is outside a supported area or crosses states. - Rider search: clearer progress while we look for a rider, with automatic retries and a clear message if no one is available. - Notifications: "rider found", status and completion alerts open the right screen whether the app is open, in the background or closed, and Back works as expected. - New design: redesigned sign-up, login, onboarding, profile, orders and booking screens, with full dark mode.
