Description
InstruCal turns an iPhone into a force calibration station. Connect a Morehouse HADI reference indicator through a small ethernet adapter and point the camera at the display of the device you're calibrating, and capture each point with one tap: the app records the reference force and the displayed value side by side and calculates the error at every point. • Live reference force from the HADI, converted with your load cell's certificate coefficients • On-device camera reading of the customer's display (Apple Vision or PaddleOCR) • 10- or 20-point runs with automatic targets from the device's capacity, including return to zero • Two runs side by side with % error, compression or tension, lbf/kgf/N/kN/klbf/tonf • Import Morehouse calibration certificates (PDF) with automatic coefficient checks • Export results to CSV for your calibration report • No account, no data collection — everything stays on your iPhone
