TeleSwap

TeleSwap is the pharmacist-only stock-exchange platform for Australian community pharmacies. Pharmacies hold near-expiry, surplus, discontinued, or short-dated stock every day. Down the road, another pharmacy is running short on the same product. TeleSwap connects you — directly, privately, and without taking a cent. HOW IT WORKS – Sign up with your AHPRA registration. We verify in seconds. – List stock you'd rather move: scan the barcode (GTIN/EAN), pick a batch, expiry, quantity, and price. The form auto-fills the product name, strength, manufacturer, and schedule from a 17,000-product Australian catalogue. – Browse listings from other verified pharmacies. Filter by state, by days to expiry, by reason (near-expiry, overstock, discontinued, delisting), by max price. – Make an offer. The lister Accepts, Counters, or Declines. On Accept, both sides see each other's pharmacy address and contact details so you can arrange invoice, payment, and shipping directly. – Post a Wanted item to be notified when a matching listing appears. WHY PHARMACISTS USE TELESWAP – Free, forever. No listing fees, no commissions, no transaction cuts. – AHPRA-verified only. Every counterparty has been checked against the AHPRA register before they can list or buy. Mobile-side SMS-OTP locks the phone identity. – Pharmacy identity stays private until a deal is recorded. Listings show "Verified pharmacy · STATE" — no name, no contact, no address — until both sides commit. Protects your negotiation power and keeps competitors blind. – Schedule-aware. S4 and S8 listings carry a compliance acknowledgement; the receiving pharmacy must confirm authorisation before any deal closes. Compliant transfer remains your professional responsibility under AHPRA, the Therapeutic Goods Act, and your state's poisons regulations. – Partial deals supported. If your listing is 12 packs and another pharmacy only needs 8, the remaining 4 stay on the marketplace for the next buyer. – Face ID / Touch ID unlock plus 4-digit PIN backup for fast, secure return visits. No password retyping on every cold launch. WHAT TELESWAP IS NOT TeleSwap does NOT buy, sell, or supply medicines. We do not take possession of stock. We are not party to any sale. We do not handle payment between pharmacies. TeleSwap is a private connection platform restricted to AHPRA-registered pharmacists acting for a registered Australian community pharmacy. All transfers of medicines arranged via the app remain subject to Australian law and the professional obligations of each participating pharmacy — including AHPRA standards, Schedule 4 and Schedule 8 record-keeping, state poisons regulations, and Good Wholesaling Practice guidelines where applicable. Compliance is the responsibility of the two pharmacies involved. Not for patients. Not for the general public. Pharmacists only. ABOUT Operated by Televita Pty Ltd, an Australian software company. Full terms and the privacy / disclaimer policy are available in-app and at swap.televita.com.au/terms. Questions, feedback, or to report a problem: [email protected]
