EduBB

EduBB is the administrator's app for transport operations. Trips, vehicles, drivers, costs and live tracking sit in one place, so the people running the fleet stop working out of a spreadsheet and a phone call. OPERATIONS • Trips — schedules and daily assignment • Live tracking — where every vehicle is right now • Tracking alerts — speeding, geofence and device warnings FLEET • Vehicles — the full fleet register • Fuel — entries, consumption and mileage against target • Maintenance — service history and costs • Certificates — documents and expiry, before they lapse • Daily running — distance and hours per day • Tyres — fitment and rotation by position • Challans — traffic violations • FASTag — toll transactions • Geofences — zones and boundaries • Expenses and revenue — the ledger per vehicle DRIVERS • Roster and licences • Attendance — daily presence and hours • Advances, incentives and monthly salaries REPORTS Utilisation, attendance and cost trends, with fuel and maintenance spend charted over the last six months and mileage compared vehicle by vehicle. BUILT FOR THE PEOPLE WHO RUN THE FLEET The dashboard adapts to what you operate: school transport sees students and trips first, logistics sees vehicles, certificates and maintenance. Figures on the dashboard open the records behind them, so a number that looks wrong is one tap from the entries that produced it. EduBB requires an account with an existing EduBB organisation.
