EduBB Driver

EduBB Driver puts a driver's daily paperwork on their phone. Built for school and commercial transport fleets running on EduBB, it replaces the logbook in the glovebox: fuel fills, daily running, AdBlue top-ups and expenses are filed at the pump or at the gate, against the vehicle the driver is actually assigned to. FUEL AND MILEAGE • File a fill in seconds — quantity, cost, odometer reading and fuel type • Photograph the pump receipt and the dashboard; the odometer reading is read from the photo so it need not be typed • Running totals for cost, litres and average cost per litre • Mileage over 30 days, 90 days or a year DAILY RUNNING AND EXPENSES • Open and close the day's run, with distance and trip counts • AdBlue / DEF / urea top-ups logged against the vehicle • Vehicle expenses filed by category, with a receipt photo TRIPS • The day's routes, stops and students • Mark pick-ups, drop-offs and absences as they happen • Message the office or a parent without leaving the trip • Scan a student's QR code at the stop VEHICLE AND FLEET • Switch between the vehicles assigned to you • Service and certificate status for the vehicle you are driving • Geofences for the day, set where you are standing • Live tracking map for the fleet's vehicles PAYROLL • Your own payroll summary and advance requests IN YOUR LANGUAGE English and Malayalam, switched inside the app. EduBB Driver requires an account with an organization that uses EduBB.
