SureSteps

SureSteps is a mobile field-service app that helps solar and renewable energy technicians follow standard operating procedures step by step — on site, with or without a signal. Browse your organization's procedure library and work through a guided, step-by-step version of any procedure, whether it's routine maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, or new installation commissioning. Each step can include instructions, photos, checklists, and data-entry fields, so technicians always know exactly what to document and how. Key features: • Step-by-step guided procedures — work through instructions one step at a time instead of scrolling a static PDF or paper checklist • Offline support — procedures and their images are saved to your device automatically, so you can keep working when you lose signal in the field • Built-in AI assistant — ask questions about the procedure you're working on and get answers grounded in your organization's own documentation • Photo and data capture — attach photos and record readings or checklist responses directly on each step • Job tracking — see your assigned jobs and in-progress procedures in one place, and pick up right where you left off • Team comments and notifications — leave notes on a specific step for teammates or supervisors, and get notified when they reply • Multi-organization support — technicians working with more than one company can switch between organizations from a single account SureSteps replaces paper checklists and static PDFs with a guided, trackable, offline-capable workflow for field teams — helping ensure procedures are completed consistently and documented correctly every time. To use SureSteps, you'll need an account provided by your organization.
