Over a few weeks of Dailies it shows how your sleep, heart rate variability, resting heart rate, caffeine and steps line up with your Daily Challenge results. Health access is optional and read-only. Studies disagree on whether that carries over to other abilities, and Simply Recall makes no medical claim: it is a game and a measure of your own play, not a diagnosis or a treatment.
