They take captioned photos for each job, and everything works with no signal: photos queue on a dead zone site and upload the moment they are back in range. An optional GPS tag can ride with each photo. FOR YOU: RUN THE BUSINESS FROM YOUR PHONE Owners and office staff sign in and get: • Projects: create jobs and review your crew's photos as they land, then caption or hide any shot. • Reports: compile a branded PDF service report from those photos and email it to your client with a live link they can open on any device. • Quotes: build line item quotes your client reviews and accepts online. • Clients: every company or individual you work for, in one list, with a primary contact and the other people you deal with there, each with an optional title. Call, Text or Email any contact with one tap from the client's page, see that client's projects, and keep notes that never appear on a report or quote. On a project or quote, start typing a client's name and pick from your list to fill in their details. • Checklists: company and personal checklists, reminders, and a My Day view. • Crew: invite, view and remove crew, and assign them to specific jobs. • Office team: invite people from your office by name and email. Office logins handle projects, reports, quotes, checklists, clients and crew: everything but billing. EASY FROM DAY ONE A new company gets a short, step-by-step setup: your language, your name, your company details, the work you do, your logo and report color, your office team, a join code for your crew, and your first project. Skip any step or finish later, then pick up where you left off or review the setup anytime from Company info. Short tours show you around the app, your account menu and the Lists tab, and your crew gets a tour of their own. Replay any tour whenever you like. On forms, required fields are marked, and every field stands out in light and dark mode. CREW ARE FREE ON EVERY PLAN Free, Pro and Business plans, and crew are free on all of them.
