Description
Let’s be honest: you didn’t get into brewing to fill spreadsheets and type invoices. So hand that work over. An AI has no soul. Good thing it never needed one. Take those hours back, for your clients, your sales, your brews. Or to head home earlier. That’s what KRFT Ops is for. One sentence, one order. “2 kegs of IPA for the taproom by the station, Thursday.” The assistant drafts the order at that client’s prices. One tap to confirm, and the kegs are reserved, production is told, the order joins its delivery round. At month end, every delivery is on the right invoice, ready to send. You’re always the boss: nothing goes out without your sign-off. Orders Write the order the way you would say it, in English, Japanese or French. The assistant knows your clients, your beers and the prices agreed with each of them. When the client, the beer, the size, the quantity or the date is unclear, it asks one short question instead of guessing. It never records anything on its own: every order waits for your confirmation. Stock For every beer and every size: what’s on the floor, what’s promised, what’s left to sell. A confirmed order reserves its stock on the spot, and every correction keeps its reason. The briefing on the home screen shows what is running low. Preparation and delivery Production sees what to prepare, in order. “Mark prepared” takes the beer out of stock and issues the delivery note. Each order says how it travels: on your own round, by carrier, or picked up at the brewery. Rounds follow your delivery days. Each round opens on a map you can share with the driver, and the assistant proposes a route when you ask. Invoices Delivered orders gather into one draft invoice per client. Before you approve, KRFT Ops points out what deserves a look: a price off the catalogue, kegs not returned, a new client, an unusual amount. Approval takes the next number in the series and makes the document final: a numbered PDF, compliant with Japan’s qualified invoice system. Unpaid invoices keep a list of their own. Clients One file per client: contacts, agreed prices, payment terms, dated notes and follow-ups, and the kegs they still have. Link the file to the bar’s page on KRFT, and its address and phone number fill themselves in. The team One app for the whole brewery. Sales confirms, production prepares, the office approves the month’s invoices. Everyone sees the same orders, the same stock, the same figures. The app speaks English, Japanese and French; the documents your clients receive stay in Japanese. Access KRFT Ops works by invitation: an admin at your brewery adds you, and you sign in with your KRFT account. Built in Tokyo with an independent brewery, for craft breweries in Japan.
