Smart Attd

Smart Attendance is a workforce attendance system for businesses that need fast, reliable, and fraud-resistant employee check-in and check-out. Employees check in and out using face verification and a QR code scan at their workplace — no manual sign-in sheets, no buddy punching, no guesswork. KEY FEATURES • Face verification check-in/out — confirms it's really the employee, not someone else scanning on their behalf • QR code + GPS geofencing — employees can only check in when physically present at their assigned branch • Approved-device registration — only devices approved by an administrator can be used to check in, preventing account sharing • Real-time attendance history — employees can see their check-in/out times, status, and working hours at a glance • Automatic late/early-leave detection — based on each branch's work schedule and grace period • Instant manager notifications — check-ins, late arrivals, and new device requests are sent to managers in real time • Multi-language support — Khmer, English, and Chinese • Offline-aware — clearly shows when there's no internet connection and reconnects automatically once it's back WHO THIS APP IS FOR Smart Attendance is an internal company tool. It is not a public sign-up app — your employer's HR or system administrator creates your account and assigns you to a branch and work schedule before you can use it. If you don't have login details, please contact your company's HR department.
