Fixelo

Fixelo gives hotel maintenance teams a fast field workflow for repair work orders. Technicians can view assigned and unassigned repairs, filter by status and priority, claim work, start timers, pause or resume jobs, defer repairs for a later shift, and complete repairs with notes for the record. On each repair, teams can attach photos, add parts from inventory or one-off parts, and keep repair history current from the floor instead of waiting to update a desktop system. Fixelo is built for organizations already using the Fixelo maintenance platform. Sign-in is required, and access is provided by your organization. Supports English and Spanish.
