When enabled, users log in and immediately start a new ticket, add items, and pay the ticket on the spot. Once payment is complete, the app moves directly into a new ticket so the next order can begin right away. • Payment Terminal Mode A second terminal mode for flexible ticket handling. Users can start a new ticket, park it, and come back later to pay it whenever they are ready. This differs from Quick Service Mode, which takes each ticket straight from creation to payment. • Tipping on Standalone Payments Users can now add a tip when taking a standalone payment. • Additional Data Collection on Standalone Payments Users can now manually declare additional information on standalone payments such as ticket number, notes, invoice numbers, etc. • Void Items and Tickets Users can now void individual items and entire tickets. Void access is controlled by the employee’s position, so only employees with the appropriate permissions can perform voids.
