Smart Taxicab

Smart Taxicab helps approved parents and drivers stay informed during school transportation. Parents can view assigned student trips, pickup and drop-off updates, and available vehicle location during active trips. Drivers can view assigned trips, open directions, record pickup and drop-off status, and share vehicle location during an active shift. Access is approved by Smart Taxicab dispatch. Creating an account does not provide access to a student's information. Parents do not need to share their own location. Driver location sharing continues in the background during an active shift and stops when the driver ends the shift. Background location use can affect battery life. Trip information refreshes while the app is open; push notifications are not included in this release. Smart Taxicab is for approved adult parents and drivers. It is not an emergency service.
